Role Overview

STEM Aspire Mentorship Program with Dell Technologies, located in the United Arab Emirates. This is a mentoring program designed to inspire and empower students pursuing STEM disciplines, including emerging fields such as Artificial Intelligence, to complete their studies and thrive in impactful technology careers.

Role Purpose

STEM Aspire bridges the gap between academic learning and professional success by providing mentorship, skills development, and a supportive space where students can grow. The program's flexible framework is adapted to the unique needs of each country, fostering innovation, collaboration, and opportunity for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Mentorship & Learning

• Participate in all mentorship sessions and events (onsite and online) throughout the program duration.
• Engage in frequent meetings with your assigned mentor to enhance understanding of the IT industry.
• Dedicate no more than 4-5 hours per month to program activities.

Networking & Professional Development

• Meet and network with successful individuals at Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.
• Acquire understanding of technical careers at Dell Technologies.
• Prepare for intern and graduate applications, including CV and interview preparation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a degree in STEM.
• Must be a 3rd or 4th year student at time of application.

Additional Information

• Program duration: November 2026 to January 2027.
• All events are mandatory for program completion.
• Application deadline: 16 October 2026.
• Application materials required: CV, name, university, major, area of technology of interest, and statement on interest in participating in the mentoring program.
• Applicants meeting eligibility criteria will receive a call to answer questions about themselves, their interests, academic background, and motivation for joining the program.
• This is not a job opportunity and successful completion of the program will not result in full-time employment with Dell Technologies.
