Role Purpose
Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic staff accommodation to create a pleasant living environment for all residents while supporting the operational needs of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain staff accommodation rooms, corridors, and common areas according to Four Seasons standards.
- Support with laundry, waste disposal, and other cleaning duties.
- Replenish room and common area amenities as needed.
- Ensure a safe, hygienic, and pleasant living environment for all residents.
Safety & Inspections
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Assist with room inspections prior to new employee arrivals and after departures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or staff accommodation.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to high standards.
