Role Overview
Sr. Structural Manager at JASARA PMC. This position is based in Saudi Arabia and leads the structural engineering division within a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco.

Role Purpose
Lead and oversee the structural engineering division to ensure all structural engineering activities are executed with the highest levels of quality, safety, and compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects. Drive technical excellence and innovation while aligning with JASARA PMC's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage the structural engineering department.
- Mentor and develop structural engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
Strategy & Standards
- Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices in line with industry codes and regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and innovations in structural engineering.
Design & Technical Oversight
- Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure structural designs align with project objectives.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address structural engineering challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification highly preferred.
