Role Purpose

You will play a key role in aligning people strategy with business priorities, helping leaders navigate organizational needs while strengthening performance and long-term capability across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters.

Organizational Strategy & Change

• Influence senior stakeholders and support organizational change initiatives.
• Align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Support organizational design, workforce optimization, and change management.

Insights & Analytics

• Provide HR insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organizational change.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
