Role Purpose

Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud systems. Gather business requirements, design solutions, configure applications, manage project delivery, and ensure successful system adoption and go-live across business units.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Gather business requirements through understanding business processes, mapping applications, and preparing proposed solution designs.
• Develop business re-engineering and modeling documentation.
• Identify gaps in SCM Fusion and work with the development team to build solutions that meet business requirements.

System Configuration & Implementation

• Set up design solutions and system parameterization.
• Configure business applications including Oracle Fusion Inventory (costing, receipt), Fusion Manufacturing (discrete and process), Maintenance Cloud, Fusion Self-Service Procurement, Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contract, and Fusion Order Management (including experience with POS).
• Leverage experience with SCM advanced modules such as SCM Fusion Planning, Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Fusion Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Work with Technical Developers to correct issues in the functioning of applications.

Project Management & Delivery

• Own project management and delivery of SCM modules to business units across all project phases.
• Identify and resolve project issues in furtherance of project go-live status.
• Work directly with the Oracle Financial Track Lead in the implementation of the ERP System.
• Work closely with IT department manager in IT projects management and planning activities.

User Support & Training

• Evaluate user proficiency and define training requirements to raise the level of user proficiency.
• Train users on the use of business applications.
• Provide Oracle methodology documents, training guides, application setup documentation, and test scripts.
• Collect custom reports requirements and forward them to the technical team for development of reports.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Troubleshoot issues in the use and functioning of applications.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Minimum seven years of experience in ERP Oracle SCM Fusion Cloud.
• Oracle certification (preferred).
• Business certification such as CSCP or CIPS (preferred).
• Experience in development of business applications and system integration.
