Role Overview
Senior Marketing & Communication Officer at NMDC Group.
Role Purpose
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and organizational reputation across all channels and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning to drive business growth.
- Establish marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
Brand & Communication Management
- Oversee brand identity consistency across all internal and external communications.
- Create and manage compelling brand messaging and positioning.
- Develop communication strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Content & Campaign Development
- Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content and promotional materials.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital and traditional advertising initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between marketing, operations, and senior leadership.
- Serve as primary communication liaison for organizational announcements and initiatives.
Analytics & Performance Management
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior data.
- Report on ROI and marketing impact to leadership.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise marketing and communication team members.
- Mentor junior staff and support their professional development.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
