Sr. HSE Manager

Role Overview

Senior HSE Manager at Nova Construction, based in the United Arab Emirates.

Role Purpose

Implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental systems across construction sites, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, project requirements, and company standards on building and villa development projects.

Key Responsibilities

HSE Systems & Policy

• Develop and implement group-wide HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Establish HSE standards aligned with UAE regulations, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and client specifications.

Oversight & Leadership

• Oversee HSE performance across multiple projects and sites.
• Provide strategic HSE leadership and guidance to project HSE teams.
• Lead incident investigations, audits, and management reviews.

Compliance & Liaison

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and client standards.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and clients on HSE matters.

Performance Management

• Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or HSE-related discipline.
• 20–25 years of relevant experience in senior HSE leadership roles.
• Strong experience in buildings and villa compounds.
