Sr. Discipline Engineer (Infrastructure) at Jasara Program Management Company (Jasara PMC), based in Saudi Arabia.

The company plays a key role in supporting the realization of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in delivering giga-projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.
Role Purpose
Lead infrastructure discipline engineering on a large-scale residential community development comprising villas, small buildings, infrastructure networks, utilities, roads, parks, and commercial facilities. Report directly to the Project Director and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery of infrastructure packages.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Project Director, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders across large infrastructure packages.
- Manage external stakeholders on large infrastructure developments.
Infrastructure Engineering & Coordination
- Oversee utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination within infrastructure projects.
- Lead infrastructure design and coordination across mixed-use and commercial developments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related engineering field.
- 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience, including work on large-scale residential communities, infrastructure networks and utilities, roads and public realm, or mixed-use/commercial developments.
- Strong experience across utilities, roads, stormwater and drainage, landscape infrastructure, and sitewide infrastructure coordination within infrastructure projects.
- Experience with PMC-style project delivery on large masterplanned developments.
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia and eligible for local transfer.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to coordinate with a Project Director, consultants and contractors.
- AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM/Revit, or other infrastructure design and coordination tools commonly used on large community developments (preferred).
