Role Overview
Senior Contract Administrator at Air Products, located in Duba, KSA. This is an on-site position working on a rotation of 8x2, 60 hours per week.

Role Purpose
Implement and administer existing contracts in the current project on site, ensuring effective contract management, compliance with contractual terms, and alignment with project objectives across all phases of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Administration
- Manage FIDIC-based re-measurable subcontracts for EPC contractors.
- Administer contracts across commercial models including Unit rates, reimbursable, and Lump Sum arrangements.
- Implement the Projects Subcontracts Strategy, identifying life-of-project requirements.
- Perform contract performance management.
Change & Claims Management
- Manage change and claim administration throughout contract lifecycle.
- Formulate contractual correspondence including letters, site instructions, and change orders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Support structured weekly and monthly reporting.
- Deliver verifiable documentation on formulation of contractual correspondence.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with Project teams including engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, and commercial.
- Work with planning and cost/estimating teams to understand budget allocations against contracts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 8–15 years of experience required.
- Strong experience in EPC Oil & Gas Company in the same position required.
