Role Overview
Specialty UAE, Medical Representative at Tamer Group, based in the United Arab Emirates.
Role Purpose
To represent Tamer Group's specialty pharmaceutical products in the UAE market, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and driving product awareness and sales within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
- Own sales performance and revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
Product Representation
- Deliver product presentations and clinical information to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare facilities.
- Promote specialty pharmaceutical products according to company strategy and market regulations.
- Address healthcare professional inquiries regarding product efficacy, safety, and usage.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the territory.
- Partner with hospital administrators and pharmacy managers to support product placement.
- Facilitate training sessions for healthcare staff on product features and clinical benefits.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, visits, and customer interactions.
- Report sales performance and market feedback to management on a regular basis.
- Comply with all pharmaceutical industry regulations, codes of conduct, and company policies.
