Role Purpose

Support the day-to-day operation of the Peruvian specialty restaurant while ensuring the highest possible level of guest satisfaction and maintaining the restaurant concept in line with restaurant and hotel standards.

Operations

• Support day-to-day kitchen operations in the Peruvian specialty restaurant.
• Ensure the restaurant concept is followed at all times.
• Maintain food culture in line with restaurant and hotel standards.
• Strive to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or restaurants.
• Sound knowledge and experience in Latin American cuisine.
