Specialist Endocrinology (Seha Clinics)

Role Overview

Specialist Endocrinology physician position with SEHA Hospitals – SEHA Clinics.

Role Purpose

To provide compassionate, knowledgeable endocrinology care to patients through accurate diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and collaborative consultation with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Assessment

• Examine patients and take comprehensive medical histories.
• Address patients' concerns and answer patients' questions.
• Diagnose and treat injuries, illnesses, and disorders.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and explain results to patients.

Treatment Planning & Prescription

• Recommend and design treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications or therapies.
• Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, preventative healthcare, and lifestyle changes.
• Explain medical procedures to patients.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Update patients' charts and information to reflect current findings and treatments.
• Consult with other physicians and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Work with other healthcare staff, including nurses, assistants, and other physicians.
• Comply with medical laws, including HIPAA.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical degree with successful completion of a residency and internship.
• Current state license and certification to practice medicine.
• Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of illnesses.
