Role Overview
Specialist / Consultant ENT position at Astra ProMed in Dubai, available on a full-time basis.
Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care to patients across outpatient and inpatient settings, manage complex ENT cases, and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes through evidence-based practice and clinical collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Diagnosis and Management
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions.
- Evaluate and manage hearing, sinus, voice, and balance disorders.
- Manage emergency ENT conditions and provide appropriate treatment.
Patient Care Delivery
- Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient ENT care.
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of practice.
- Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counselling.
Collaboration and Teamwork
- Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, and other specialists.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
Quality and Education
- Contribute to clinical education, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Medical degree with recognized postgraduate qualification in Otolaryngology / ENT.
- Relevant post-specialization clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.
- Valid DHA eligibility or license, or eligibility to obtain one.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of modern ENT treatment protocols and surgical techniques.
