Role Purpose

To support the development and execution of fresh food category strategy while managing vendor relationships, monitoring product quality and availability, and identifying opportunities to optimize category performance within the quick-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Category Development

• Support the development and execution of fresh food category strategy
• Support pricing strategy and competitor benchmarking within the category
• Analyze sales and category performance data to identify opportunities

Vendor & Supplier Management

• Manage relationships with fresh food vendors and suppliers
• Assist with new vendor onboarding and product listings

Quality & Operations

• Monitor product quality, freshness standards, and availability

Marketing & Promotions

• Coordinate with marketing teams on fresh food promotions and campaigns

Reporting

• Prepare category performance reports for management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in category management, buying, or FMCG
• Understanding of fresh food supply chains is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and vendor management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
