Specialist Asset Integrity Engineer ( Offshore Project)

Role Purpose

Establish and maintain a robust Company Inspection Management System. Support transformation to Asset Integrity and Process Safety (AIPS) following full Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology. Enable Asset Integrity Management for new facilities to achieve ADNOC Accelerate 100X Workstream Vision.

Key Responsibilities

Inspection Management System Development

• Develop and implement Inspection Management System in compliance with ADNOC Group Asset Integrity Management Standards.
• Develop and update all Inspection Task Lists for all static equipment in compliance with Company updated and unified Technical Standards Documents (TSDs).
• Reflect requirements of new Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Plans into Company One ERP SAP, including Asset Register, Maintenance Task List, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance.

Asset Integrity Management Strategy

• Support Asset Integrity Division during development of Inspection Management Strategy.
• Support Company transformation to Asset Integrity and Process Safety through establishing high-effectiveness RBI Methodology.
• Provide support to all Asset Owners and stakeholders for implementation of Asset Integrity Management Systems and sub-systems requirements.
• Issue self-assessment reports to ADNOC Upstream.

Audit & Compliance

• Participate in AIMS different Audits.
• Support closing of Audit findings.
• Develop and review Technical Standards Documents and ensure compliance across systems.

Project Support

• Support Asset Integrity Management for new facilities (Projects) during different project VAP Stages.
• Register new facilities in CMMS One ERP SAP.
• Review different VAP Stages Scope of Work.
• Set up Integrity RACI Matrix and review related deliverables.
• Respond to Technical Clarifications.
• Attend and participate in Project Meetings and Workshops, including Operation Readiness, CRAS, Piggability Assurance, Quality Audits, and Lessons Learned sessions.

Technical Support

• Support site Field Inspector teams in solving integrity-related technical issues.
• Review Corrosion Risk Assessment studies.
• Review Material Selection Diagrams and Reports.
• Conduct Material Corrosion audits.
• Provide technical expertise to review material and corrosion deviations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Required Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas fields in the following areas

• Asset Integrity Management.
• Plant Inspection.
• Risk Based Inspection (RBI).
• Project Integrity Assurance.
• Projects Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Reviewing Corrosion Risk Assessment studies.
• Material Selection Diagrams and Reports.
• Material Corrosion audits.
• Technical expertise in reviewing material and corrosion deviations.

Certifications

• API 510 – Pressure Vessel Inspector.
• API 580 – Risk Based Inspection Professional.
• CSWIP 3.2 (Senior Welding Inspector).
• ASNT Level 2 in Radiography (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), or equivalent.

Additional Information

• Priority given to candidates who have worked for ADNOC Group Companies.
• Experience within GCC region is preferred.
