Role Overview

Special Projects Manager - Creator Ecosystem and Platform Initiatives at Visioneers. This role operates at the intersection of the creator economy and venture capital, leading strategic initiatives that connect creators, founders, and investors.

Role Purpose

Lead and execute creator-led special projects and strategic initiatives, turning ideas into real programs with measurable ecosystem impact. You will work directly with creators, founders, and investors to identify opportunities, build new programming, and drive high-impact projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Initiative Execution

• Lead creator-led special projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, partners, and resources.
• Coordinate across internal teams including marketing, operations, and legal, and external partners.
• Operate effectively in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

Programming & Idea Development

• Develop and launch new programs under Creator Special Projects.
• Identify emerging trends at the intersection of the creator economy and startup/VC ecosystem.
• Design events, collaborations, and community initiatives that serve creators and founders.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Build and manage relationships with creators, VC firms, startup founders, and ecosystem partners.
• Maintain clear communication and alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Reporting & Operations

• Track project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Prepare reports and updates for internal leadership.
• Ensure projects deliver measurable ecosystem impact in growth, engagement, and visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with at least one of the following as a primary focus: creator economy, venture capital, or startup ecosystem building — and working knowledge of the other.
• Demonstrated experience launching or managing programs, partnerships, or initiatives in creator economy, venture capital, or startup ecosystem spaces.
• Existing relationships within the creator or VC ecosystem.
• Direct experience working with creators, creator-led companies, or creator economy platforms.
• Genuine familiarity with the VC and startup investment landscape.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong project management, operational, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building from scratch and thriving in ambiguity.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Understanding of how the creator economy operates, how funds work, how investors think, and how startups raise and grow.
