Role Overview
Waad Education seeks a Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to join the team on a part-time basis.
Role Purpose
Create a positive difference in students' learning and development by delivering specialized instruction and support to learners with additional needs in an inclusive, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support and Instruction
- Deliver individualized learning strategies tailored to student needs.
- Develop and implement student support plans.
Collaboration and Communication
- Partner with classroom teachers to coordinate instruction and support.
- Facilitate communication with parents and guardians.
- Work collaboratively with the academic team to support student progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in special education or supporting students with additional learning needs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of individualized learning strategies and student support plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the academic team.
- Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
