Role Purpose

Spa Therapists deliver personalized, transformative treatments and exceptional service that respond to the evolving needs of guests. The role combines clinical skill with genuine hospitality to create memorable spa experiences that wow clients.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

• Work as a team member to deliver and wow clients with treatment, service, and attitude.
• Greet guests on arrival to the Spa and at all times in a warm, welcoming, and friendly manner.
• Ensure guest needs are met throughout their time at the Spa.
• Create the ultimate memorable experience for each client.

Standards & Operations

• Adhere to the standards set for both treatment and customer service.
• Manage individual treatment rooms, including cleaning, restocking, and general organization.
• Maintain standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
• Assist in general operational aspects of the Spa, including laundry, relaxation room, changing room, and public area cleanliness.

Professional Representation

• Represent the Spa and hotel as a member of staff at all times while on duty.

Qualifications & Experience

• Willingness to learn and develop as a therapist through continuous assessment and training.

Skills & Competencies

• Personalized treatment delivery tailored to individual client needs.
• Warm, welcoming service orientation.
