Role Overview
Spa Therapist at Hilton Salwa, Hilton. Deliver professional spa treatments and create memorable guest experiences as part of our award-winning hospitality team.
Role Purpose
Provide professional massage and body treatments to guests while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, safety, and service in accordance with Eforea Spa and Hilton standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Experience
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
- Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments, and products available at the spa.
- Assist in promoting spa and body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.
- Provide home care advice to guests.
- Conduct tours of the facilities.
Treatment Delivery
- Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
- Deliver professional body and facial treatments.
Facilities & Equipment Management
- Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
- Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
Operations Support
- Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience as a therapist in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Qualification within the beauty or spa industry.
- Extensive knowledge in anatomy and physiology.
- Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification.
Skills & Competencies
- ITEC Qualified.
- CIBTAC Qualified.
- CIDESCO Qualified.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed practitioner.
- Self-motivated and self-starter mentality.
