The Kuwait location is a resort-like sanctuary in the heart of Kuwait City. It features a contemporary curation of Middle Eastern architecture, dazzling art and resort-like spaciousness. Role Purpose
Deliver an enjoyable, relaxed, and peaceful spa experience that conforms to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness while maximizing department revenue and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
- Provide an enjoyable, relaxed, and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room.
- Read guests and customize their service to ensure peace and relaxation.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Treatment Execution
- Perform all facial and body treatments according to established Four Seasons protocols.
- Be knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered.
- Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.
- Possess proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.
Operations & Standards
- Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Reporting & Management
- Report any complaints to the management team.
Revenue Generation
- Upsell Spa products considering guests' needs and department sales targets.
- Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years' experience within a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort.
- Proper license and qualifications are required.
- Solid knowledge of various treatment protocols.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven knowledge and experience with a variety of treatments including aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish massage.
- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
