Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery
- Provide a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, body scrubs, and wraps, ensuring the highest quality of service.
- Deliver personalized treatments to guests based on their individual needs and preferences.
Environment & Safety
- Maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for all guests.
- Adhere to the hotel's health and safety standards and procedures.
Equipment & Operations
- Assist in maintaining spa equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in top condition.
Guest Service
- Ensure a high level of professionalism, client care, and attention to detail at all times.
