Role Overview
Spa Therapist at Hilton. This role is part of the Hotels team and focuses on delivering professional spa treatments and memorable guest experiences.
Role Purpose
Deliver exceptional spa treatments and hospitality experiences that brighten guests' days and create lasting positive impressions during their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience.
- Delight guests through attentive, warm hospitality.
Treatment Delivery
- Perform massage and body treatments according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards.
Facility Management
- Ensure treatment spaces, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards.
- Monitor inventory of treatment products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage.
Operations & Compliance
- Complete and maintain required records in compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service.
Skills & Competencies
- Professional massage and body treatment delivery.
