Spa Therapist at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, operated by Minor Hotels, located in Doha, Qatar.

Role Purpose
To deliver high-quality massage therapies and body treatments to guests while creating a welcoming spa experience and maintaining the service standards outlined in company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet guests in a warm, welcoming manner and address them by name to create a positive first impression.
- Answer all questions related to spa services and identify the benefits and advantages of treatments required by guests.
Service Delivery
- Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as prescribed in the Standard Training Manual.
- Contribute to high-level service delivery in accordance with company standards as outlined in the Standard Operations Manual.
- Ensure all equipment associated with the service function at all times.
Operations & Documentation
- Update the Therapist Log Book.
- Complete all assignments within stated deadlines according to spa manager or supervisor guidelines.
- Assist with demonstrations and events as required.
Professional Development
- Participate in new training and refreshing programs as required.
- Respond to changes as indicated by the company.
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in massage.
- Previous spa experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Well-groomed appearance.
- High standard of personal hygiene.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
