Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional spa treatments and personalized wellness experiences that help guests relax, rejuvenate, and create memorable moments throughout their stay while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform a variety of professional spa treatments and therapies in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure each guest enjoys a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Guest Care

• Greet guests warmly and conduct treatment consultations.
• Understand individual guest needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness products.

Environment Management

• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment.
• Ensure all equipment, linens, and supplies are clean, organized, and ready for use.

Revenue and Service Promotion

• Actively recommend spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Support spa revenue goals through product and service promotion.

Compliance and Safety

• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional spa environment.

Operations Support

• Assist with appointment scheduling and guest inquiries.
• Perform other spa-related duties as required to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
