Role Purpose
Deliver quality massage therapies and body treatments that create relaxation and indulgence for guests while contributing to creating memorable experiences through exemplary service and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Provide quality massage therapies and body treatments to guests
- Promote spa products to clients
- Play a role in creating amazing stories for guests
Operations
- Monitor stock levels
- Keep all areas clean and organized
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in massage, preferably Thai and oil massage
- Previous spa experience
- Luxury hotel experience
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to communicate in English
- Well groomed appearance and high standard of personal hygiene
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
