Spread the light and warmth of hospitality by supervising health club, fitness center, spa, and salon operations, leading team members, and delivering memorable experiences that define every guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Service Delivery

• Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
• Provide hands-on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Team Leadership & Development

• Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
• Lead the health club team to deliver consistent excellence.

Business Operations

• Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, and inventory management.
• Track financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.
