Role Overview
Spa Supervisor at Hilton. This role supervises daily health club and spa operations, delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting the Manager/Director in maintaining operational excellence.
Role Purpose
To oversee health club, fitness center, spa, and salon operations while leading and developing team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles. The Spa Supervisor ensures seamless, high-quality guest experiences and operational efficiency through hands-on leadership and adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Supervise health club operations and support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
- Provide hands-on support by stepping into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints.
Team Leadership
- Lead the health club team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles.
- Inspire others through leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
Business Operations
- Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
