Role Overview
Spa Physiotherapist - CP at IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Role Purpose
Deliver specialized physiotherapy and wellness treatments to hotel guests, combining therapeutic rehabilitation with relaxation services to enhance guest well-being and support recovery from injury or physical strain.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery
- Perform physiotherapy treatments including sports massage, deep tissue massage, rehabilitation therapy, and post-injury care tailored to individual guest needs.
- Provide spa services such as hydrotherapy, hot stone massages, reflexology, and body wraps aligned with hotel spa standards.
Assessment and Planning
- Assess guests' physical conditions and health histories during consultations.
- Develop personalized treatment programs addressing specific concerns including pain relief, muscle relaxation, and injury recovery.
Guest Education and Support
- Conduct guest consultations to discuss health history, concerns, and treatment objectives.
- Provide advice on aftercare exercises, posture improvement, and general physical well-being.
Skills & Competencies
- Sports massage and deep tissue massage techniques.
- Rehabilitation therapy delivery.
- Hydrotherapy, reflexology, and hot stone massage application.
- Physical assessment and treatment planning.
