Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth and effective performance.
- Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, and systems.
- Manage departmental budgets.
- Maintain spa areas and equipment in excellent working order.
- Ensure spa facilities are well-maintained and clean.
Revenue Growth & Marketing
- Develop spa menus to support revenue opportunities.
- Implement marketing and merchandising strategies.
- Enhance the guest experience through revenue-focused initiatives.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Monitor service trends and respond to guest feedback.
- Implement improvements to elevate the overall spa experience.
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, coach, and mentor team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Provide professional development opportunities.
- Recognize achievements to build, engage, and retain a high-performing team.
Compliance & Standards
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
