Role Purpose

Create a clean, relaxing, safe, and welcoming environment for spa guests while maintaining spa facilities to the highest standards and supporting the spa team in delivering thoughtful, personal, and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Facility & Equipment Maintenance

• Clean and sanitize spa facilities, equipment, and furniture daily
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards across all spa areas
• Manage spa linen, laundry, and related inventory

Operations

• Support the opening and closing set-up of the spa according to resort standards
• Follow hotel standards and procedures relating to health, hygiene, fire and life safety

Guest Service

• Provide warm and attentive service, ensuring guests are comfortable throughout their spa experience
• Support guests in a timely and caring manner

Reporting & Safety

• Report any maintenance concerns, incidents, or safety issues promptly

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, housekeeping, or similar hospitality environment is an advantage

• Ability to work as part of a team
