Role Overview
Spa Attendant at Hilton, providing hospitality and operational support in the spa environment.
Role Purpose
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment while delivering exceptional guest service and supporting all spa operations to create memorable experiences for hotel guests.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet and assist guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
- Respond promptly to guest requests.
- Resolve guest issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Facility Maintenance
- Clean and sanitize spa areas including locker rooms, treatment spaces, and equipment.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and restock towels, refreshments, and other amenities as needed.
Operations & Safety
- Observe spa activity and report any concerns to maintain a safe and relaxing environment.
- Perform general duties and provide support to the spa team as needed.
Guest Transactions
- Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system.
- Manage cash transactions.
- Process credit and debit cards.
- Issue change to guests.
- Redeem gift certificates and cards.
