Role Purpose

The Sneaker Maker role exists to deliver personalized co-creation experiences that inspire clients and foster durable brand connections. You will guide customers through transforming Golden Goose products into distinctive pieces that resonate with their individual identity, while maintaining brand values and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

Co-creation & Client Experience

• Co-create personalized Golden Goose products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, maintaining the brand's values and storytelling throughout their store journey.
• Offer a personalized and empathetic co-creation experience that fosters durable connections with the brand.

Sales & Business Development

• Play a proactive role in the sales process to meet business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling.
• Support pre-sale and post-sale customer activities, including inventory management and customer loyalty efforts.
• Ensure customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.

Store Operations & Compliance

• Maintain the co-creation area in good condition adhering to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operational procedures, including opening and closing activities.
• Manage inventory in accordance with operational standards.
• Maintain compliance with GDPR and health and safety standards.

Digital & Tools

• Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement, including Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school degree at minimum; design field background is preferable.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service sector is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional language knowledge is considered a plus.

Skills & Competencies

• Artistic skills and hand-drawing abilities, including marker, watercolor, acrylic painting, basic embroidery and basic sewing skills.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Empathy, solid communication and interpersonal skills, with strong team attitudes.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
• Proficiency with Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, and Stealth systems.
