SMB Account Manager position at Deliveroo, based in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose
As Deliveroo scales, restaurants increasingly rely on the platform as a major revenue channel. This role exists to own and manage relationships with key restaurant partners, acting as a restaurant consultant who uses data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive growth and profitability for both partners and Deliveroo.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Relationship Management
- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's most important restaurants, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.
- Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
Analytics & Growth
- Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for both restaurant partners and Deliveroo.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with other departments including Marketing and Operations to drive new initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well-organized with excellent team-player qualities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an added bonus.
