SKIMS is launching in Abu Dhabi with multiple open positions: Supervisor & Team Leader, Sales Advisor, Visual Merchandiser, and Cashier. The company is hiring through Al Tayer Group in Dubai, UAE.

Role Purpose

Supervisor & Team Leader

Oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, lead the team toward achieving sales targets, and create a positive shopping environment.

Sales Advisor

Bring SKIMS to life for customers by contributing to a positive environment and delivering a best-in-class store experience through product knowledge, styling inspiration, and genuine care.

Visual Merchandiser

Bring the brand story to life through creative, impactful displays that reflect the SKIMS aesthetic across all areas of the store, from window concepts to product presentation.

Cashier

Serve as the final touchpoint of the customer journey, delivering a seamless and elevated in-store experience through accurate transaction handling and warm, professional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisor & Team Leader

• Oversee daily store operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards.
• Lead the team toward achieving sales targets.
• Manage, lead and develop team members.

Sales Advisor

• Represent the brand through styling and product knowledge.
• Inspire customers with compelling product recommendations.
• Deliver a best-in-class store experience.
• Maintain focus on achieving personal and team sales goals.
• Support team operations in a fast-paced environment.

Visual Merchandiser

• Create creative, impactful product displays.
• Develop and execute window concepts.
• Ensure product presentation reflects SKIMS aesthetic throughout the store.
• Create a memorable shopping experience through visual storytelling.

Cashier

• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain cash desk standards and integrity.
• Support customers with a warm, professional approach.
• Represent the brand at checkout.
• Ensure every customer leaves feeling valued, confident, and excited to return.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School qualification or higher.
• Experience in a similar or customer-facing role.
• Experience managing, leading and developing teams (for Team Leader and Supervisory roles).
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, agile environment.
