Skilled Helper at Napco National. This role supports occupational health & safety compliance and maintenance operations.

Role Purpose

Protect human safety, property, and assets by applying occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and procedures, while supporting efficient maintenance operations and resource optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Safety

• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and standards set forth by NAPCO.
• Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans and property and prevent market losses.

Maintenance & Operations

• Develop knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO's maintenance practices.
• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long term objectives.
• Generate required output with the least required resources.
