Role Overview

Skilled Helper at Napco National. This position supports production operations across extrusion, printing, and cutting departments.

Role Purpose

Support machine operators and production teams by managing material flow, maintaining equipment readiness, monitoring product quality, and sustaining workplace organization standards to ensure continuous and efficient production runs.

Key Responsibilities

Material & Inventory Management

• Transport mixing material from the mixing unit to machines to ensure continuous feeding during extrusion.
• Avail ORM, packing material, machine accessories, and ink buckets upon need.
• Return leftover material and machine accessories to designated places within the section to maintain proper sorting and set in order.
• Collect, weigh, and segregate waste and relay waste figures to the operator for inclusion in the Production Report.

Machine Operations Support

• Load WIP rolls on machines during printing and cutting operations.
• Unload rolls or bags and pack them according to the required packing mode.
• Monitor the machine and product during production and relay any defects to the concerned party to safeguard the quality of the run.
• Clean printing machine parts according to set Work Instructions to ensure parts' cleanliness and readiness for next use (applicable for Printing Helper).

Quality & Compliance

• Weigh products and record the weight on the product label.
• Segregate products under hold based on internal rejection feedback.

Workplace Organization

• Perform 5S duties according to operator and lead operator instructions to sustain 5S conditions.
