Role Overview
Skilled Helper at Napco National. This role involves machine operation, safety compliance, and support to operational leaders in a production environment.
Role Purpose
Operate production machinery according to standard procedures while maintaining occupational health and safety standards, supporting lead operators and operators, and optimizing resource utilization to meet production objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Operate all steps and activities for required production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.
- Generate required output with the least required resources.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO.
- Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans, property, and prevent market losses.
Planning & Organization
- Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short and long-term objectives.
Operations Support & Communication
- Assist Lead Operator and Operator in all aspects of machine operation and 5S duties.
- Communicate and deliver information in a business context both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
