Role Overview
Skilled Helper position at Napco National.
Role Purpose
Perform packing operations and material handling under supervision, while maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Perform the packing process under Operator and Lead Operator supervision.
- Follow instructions of the Operator and Assistant Operator.
- Arrange finished goods on pallets.
Safety & Compliance
- Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
- Participate in toolbox talks given by the HSE officer.
- Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, and performance evaluation of the OH&S management system.
- Contribute to actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
