Role Overview

Skilled Helper position at Napco National.

Role Purpose

Support production operations by performing packing tasks under supervision, arranging finished goods, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Packing

• Perform the packing process under Operator and Lead Operator supervision.
• Follow instructions of the Operator and Assistant Operator.
• Arrange finished goods on the pallet.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with and follow safety and environmental instructions.
• Participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
• Consult and participate at all applicable levels and functions in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system.
