Role Overview
Skilled Helper at Napco National, working around the clock in a production environment.
Role Purpose
Support production operations by preparing materials, monitoring machines and product quality, managing inventory flow, and assisting operators to meet key performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Material Preparation & Setup
- Check and load various raw materials (RM) and other raw materials (ORM) around the clock.
- Prepare rolls to be mounted on the machine.
- Prepare pallets and packing material as needed.
Production & Operations
- Monitor the machine and product during production.
- Handle packing, loading, unloading, weighing, and transferring to work-in-progress (W.I.P) and finished goods.
- Assist the operator to reach the KPI target.
Documentation & Quality Control
- Acquire all needed paperwork and materials including documents, parts, and tools from related sections.
- Fill the roll and pallet label.
- Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator, and operator.
Support & Maintenance
- Assist Team Leader, Lead Operator, and operator upon request.
- Dispose of generated waste.

- Position operates around the clock.
