SKILLED HELPER

Role Overview

Skilled Helper at Napco National. This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Role Purpose

Assist the operator in all aspects of machine operation and housekeeping duties to ensure smooth production workflow and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production Preparation

• Help prepare raw materials and original raw materials on the machine.

Start-Up and Job Setting

• Ensure raw materials are fed into barrels.
• Ensure all original raw materials are positioned near the machine, including cores and air bubbles.
• Help prepare the machine according to PCC and Job Factory Ticket.

Production Operations

• Check and load various raw materials and original raw materials around the clock.
• Prepare pallets and packing material around the clock.
• Handle packing, unloading, palletizing, weighing and transferring of finished rolls.
• Assist the Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator upon request.
• Assist the operator to reach KPI targets.

Materials and Documentation Management

• Acquire all needed paperwork and materials, including documents, parts and tools, from related sections.
• Dispose of generated waste.

Quality and Compliance

• Report any quality defects to QC, Team Leader, Lead Operator and operator.

Skills & Competencies

• Control equipment.
• Watch gauges, dials and other indicators to ensure machines are working properly.
• Knowledge of machines and tools.
