Role Overview
Site Manager at White Spot Facilities Management.
Role Purpose
Lead site execution and delivery across multiple villas, ensuring finishing and snagging works meet quality and safety standards while managing teams, resources, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Site Execution & Delivery
- Own full responsibility for site execution and delivery.
- Lead finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works to completion.
- Manage overall site operations across multiple villas.
Team & Resource Management
- Lead and control multiple site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and in-house teams.
- Plan and allocate manpower and resources effectively.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Quality & Safety Oversight
- Enforce compliance with construction procedures, site safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications.
Problem Resolution
- Resolve site issues and coordinate solutions effectively.
- Make decisions to overcome obstacles and maintain schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in site management.
- Proven track record in finishing, snagging, and de-snagging works.
- Demonstrated ability to manage site execution and delivery.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
