Role Overview
Site Manager at JASARA PMC, a Saudi-based joint venture between PIF, Saudi Aramco, and Jacobs, delivering program, project, and construction management services across major infrastructure, real estate, and social development projects in the Kingdom.

Role Purpose
The Site Manager drives successful project execution on the ground, ensuring that construction activities progress efficiently and align with broader project objectives. This role brings together multiple stakeholders, maintains high operational standards, and supports delivery excellence across fast-moving construction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations
- Oversee daily construction site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders across site activities.
- Communicate project status to management through site reports.
Progress & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor site progress against project milestones and track performance.
Issue & Risk Management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and risks to maintain construction efficiency.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and safe work practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with project controls, QA/QC procedures, or HSE management systems.
- Proven experience coordinating with contractors and consultants, working with internal project teams, and reporting site status to senior management.
- PMP certification.
Skills & Competencies
- Business-fluent English and Arabic.
- Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or site reporting and project controls tools is a plus.
Additional Information
- Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and approvals is a plus.
