Site Manager at V2X, physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC.

Role Purpose
The Site Manager provides management and oversight to various site locations for a Task Order of the WEXMAC program. The role ensures operational and contractual success in a safe and efficient manner as outlined in the WEXMAC Performance Work Statement (PWS), under the supervision of the VP Kuwait Country Manager (Sr. TO Mgr).
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations & Management
- Manage all daily requirements at a specific site or multiple site locations.
- Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) to the Government at the site for all site operational and maintenance requirements.
Personnel & Supervision
- Supervise site personnel, including subcontractors on site.
- Own accountability, safety, and security of all site equipment and personnel.
Contracting & Procurement
- Manage all Scope of Work (SoW) development for solicitations to subcontractors.
- Conduct all technical evaluations of site-specific subcontractor proposals.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish all site doctrine, including Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction, and applicable SOPs.
- Complete all required reports and documentation.
- Perform other duties as required by Task Order Management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related discipline preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
- Active Secret Clearance required; must be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Experience
- Ten (10) years' experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations, Site Management, or Program Management directly supporting DoD or DoS.
- Preferred background in military installation base support and infrastructure management.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Apply logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Read, write, and speak English with proficiency.
- Demonstrate collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment.
- Maintain high proficiency in MS Office and related applications.
Additional Information
Physical Requirements
- Light work. Exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Working Conditions
- Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically above 110+ degrees for extended periods of time.
- Subject to noise sufficient to require shouting to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.
- Required to drive long periods of time between sites.
