Role Overview
Site Lead/Operations Manager at V2X, physically located in Kuwait in support of WEXMAC.

Role Purpose
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Site Lead provides management and oversight to various site locations for WEXMAC Northern Camps. The role delivers direction and guidance to managers within the site, supervises site personnel including subcontractors, and manages daily operations to ensure operational and contractual success in a safe and efficient manner as outlined in the WEXMAC Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage all daily requirements at a specific site or multiple site locations.
- Supervise all site employees and sub-contractors working for the Site WEXMAC contract.
- Perform accountability, safety, and security oversight of all site equipment and personnel.
Government and Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as the main Point of Contact (POC) to the Government at the Site for all site operational and maintenance requirements.
Scope of Work and Contracting
- Develop all Scope of Work (SoW) for solicitations to subcontractors.
- Conduct all technical evaluations of site-specific subcontractor proposals.
Site Planning and Governance
- Establish all site doctrine including Site Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Work Construction, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Reporting
- Report to the Deputy Task Order Manager and complete all required reports and documentation.
General Duties
- Perform other duties as required by Task Order Management.
Qualifications & Experience
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related discipline is preferred. One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if degree is required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
- Must have an ACTIVE Secret Clearance and be able to maintain the required clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Experience
- Ten (10) years' experience as a manager in a multi-discipline environment comparable to that offered under this contract.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations, Site Management, or Program Management directly supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of State (DoS).
- Preferred background in military installation base support and infrastructure management.

Additional Information
Physical Requirements
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Working Conditions
- Subject to extreme heat. Temperatures typically above 110+ degrees Fahrenheit for extended periods of time.
- Subject to noise. Sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
- Subject to hazards including proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat, and exposure to chemicals.
- Requires driving long periods of time between sites.
