Role Purpose
The Site Inspector supports the effective implementation of operations and maintenance activities across assigned project sites. The role focuses on monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and contractual requirements, and supporting the Operations and Maintenance Engineer to maintain project quality, safety, and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Contractor Management & Supervision
- Supervise contractor performance for maintenance works.
- Monitor contractor-allocated resources on site.
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety requirements and project standards.
Compliance & Documentation
- Issue, record, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
- Manage and maintain contract-related files and documentation.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports.
Operations & Support
- Act on behalf of the Operations and Maintenance Engineer when required.
- Escalate technical, safety, and operational issues to the Operations and Maintenance Engineer.
- Identify potential risks within the road network and report findings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (fresh or experienced), or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in road projects is preferred.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory.
