Role Purpose

Oversee daily site operations to meet production targets and deadlines while ensuring worker safety, material availability, and schedule adherence.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Scheduling

• Increase production output and meet project deadlines.
• Pre-plan and organize each phase of job cards to meet schedules while improving work safety and efficiency.
• Schedule sufficient workers to complete assigned work.

Material & Equipment Management

• Ensure material and equipment are available and present on site.

Workforce Management

• Monitor workers' daily output and report deficiencies to the Engineer.
• Prepare daily worker attendance and time sheets and submit to the Engineer on time.
• Increase worker morale and work quality.

Safety & Compliance

• Observe and enforce safety norms on site.
• Identify and address any unsafe work practices.
• Schedule and conduct regular weekly site safety meetings with all workers.
