Role Overview
HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities in Saudi Arabia. The Site Engineer will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Role Purpose
To oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate with contractors and engineering teams, and ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, safety protocols, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Coordination
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is done according to approved plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other engineering teams on-site.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available and used efficiently.
Quality Assurance & Technical Management
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify work quality.
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions promptly to avoid delays.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 12 years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and site management protocols.
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is an advantage.
