Role Purpose

The Site Engineer plays a key role in the execution of building and villa compound projects, working closely with the project team to ensure construction activities are carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards through day-to-day site supervision and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Support short-term planning, sequencing, and look-ahead schedules.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE requirements, and local authority regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and report daily site activities to the Project Engineer or Project Manager.

Issue Resolution & Documentation

• Identify and report technical issues or deviations on site and assist in their resolution.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, and reports.

Project Handover

• Assist with inspections, snagging, and handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction projects within the buildings sector and villa compounds.
• Proven UAE project experience; Abu Dhabi exposure preferred.
• Abu Dhabi Municipality certification is an advantage.
