Role Overview
Site Driver Team Leader at Jingdong Logistics, part of JD.com. This role supervises station drivers and manages efficient, safe package delivery operations at a specific delivery station.

Role Purpose
Lead and supervise a team of station drivers, ensuring efficient and safe package delivery operations while maintaining high service standards and optimizing delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Supervision
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of station drivers to achieve performance targets and maintain high service standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Address and resolve driver and customer issues promptly and professionally.
Operations & Dispatch
- Oversee daily dispatching, routing, and delivery activities, optimizing driver schedules and routes for efficiency.
- Assist with package loading and unloading, and perform driver duties when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor driver performance, including delivery speed, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.
Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or transportation.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using GPS, routing software, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and delivery area geography.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
